Order Cancellation:

We understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel your order. To request an order cancellation, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request if the order has not been shipped or processed. However, please note that once the order has been dispatched, we may not be able to cancel it then you need to return the order.

Delivery Timeline:

We strive to deliver your orders promptly. The estimated delivery time will depend on various factors, including the shipping method selected and the destination. Upon placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with an estimated delivery timeframe. Please note that delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or logistical issues.

Standard Delivery: Typically, our standard delivery timeframe ranges from 3 to 12 business days. Please allow for additional time during peak seasons or holidays.

Express Delivery: For those who need their items faster, we offer express delivery options. With express shipping, you can expect your order to arrive within 3 to 7 business days, depending on the location.

Returns

a. We accept returns within 7 days from the date of delivery.

b. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

c. To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team with your order details.

Refunds

a. We offer refunds only in the case of wrong or damaged products delivered.

b. If you receive an incorrect item or a damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

c. Our customer support team will guide you through the return process and provide a prepaid shipping label if necessary.

d. Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and initiate the refund process.

e. Please allow up to 5-7 working days for the refund to be processed and credited back to your original payment method.

Exchanges

a. We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange an item, please initiate a return as per our return policy and place a new order for the desired item.

Return Shipping

a. If you are returning a product due to our error or a damaged item, we will provide a prepaid shipping label.

b. If you are returning an item for any other reason, you will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs.

Return Limit

a. We allow up to 2 returns per customer within a 7 days period.

b. After exceeding the return limit, further return requests may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

a. The following items are non-returnable:

  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as final sale or clearance
  • Items that have been used or worn
